8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Failure to provide identity verification documents within the required timeframe after being requested.
• Evidence of suspicious financial transactions or fraudulent activity is found.
• The member submits a request to close their own account.

For account closures due to rule violations, the account balance may be forfeited. In the case of a standard closure, any valid balance will be returned.
